The FSN was created by 5 local families who saw a need for mental health education that empowered the families of those affected by mental illness to be stronger advocates for their loved ones.
The Family Mental Health Support Network (FSN) offers free workshops that focus on helping caregivers understand mental illness, treatments and what mental health services are available in the Niagara region.
Our sessions are intended for people who have a family member or friend suffering from a serious mental illness or concurrent disorder. Registration is mandatory.
