Welcome to The Family Mental Health Support Network (FSN)

The Family Mental Health Support Network (FSN) offers free workshops that focus on helping caregivers understand mental illness, treatments and what mental health services are available in the Niagara region. The FSN also supports caregivers by teaching coping skills.

In Niagara, 20% of adults will experience a mental illness at some point in their life and family and friends will become their major caregivers.

The workshops are free but you must register. To register, please call 905 894-6808 or email contact@familysupportniagara.com .
