  • Our nature walking program offers walks on Saturday mornings at various locations throughout the beautiful Niagara Region. The specific meeting location and time for each walk will be communicated in advance through our program updates and registration confirmation emails. Walk start times vary throughout the year to account for the weather and temperature.

  • Not at all! Our nature walking program is open to individuals of all experience levels, from beginners to experienced hikers. Our walks are designed to accommodate a range of fitness levels and are led by knowledgeable guides who will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • It is recommended to bring comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing (including layers and rain gear if needed), a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, a refillable water bottle, and a small backpack to carry personal belongings. Additionally, you may want to bring a camera, binoculars, or a nature journal to capture any interesting sights or moments during the walk.
